CHALLENGE

A regional healthplan needed to streamline its production of provider directories. They were looking for a partner who could not only build a directory from multiple disparate data sources, but also print and distribute them in a print-on-demand “book of one” model with page counts ranging from 24 to 1,400+.

SOLUTION

KP leveraged its provider directory technology solution to deliver an on-demand, electronic, geo-coded, remediated 508 / WCAG PDF directory.  KP also created print-ready PDF files which were delivered to our production platform for printing and distribution via mail to the requesting member within 48 hours. KP’s manufacturing platform allows for variable page counts, which meets the customer’s on-demand requirements, and the production of static books up to 1,400 pages in higher volumes for regional distribution.
