When I first arrived at KP as a Data Entry temp, I had no idea that I’d found the company where I would build my entire career. 25 years later, after working in many different departments and positions across the organization, I am honored to lead a group of talented and innovative professionals on the Technology Implementation team. Since my first day, I’ve been trusted to follow my instincts, empowered to make decisions, and encouraged to stretch the boundaries of my potential. I have been inspired by my colleagues and mentors and challenged to grow outside of my comfort zone.

My father, uncle, and sister all worked in the print and fulfillment industry, so I guess the business is in my blood. I started at KP straight out of high school in 1991, working as a press helper. I was then trained as a bindery machine operator, and in my late 20s made the jump to the KP Sales team. I once left KP briefly but returned a year later. KP is like family, willing to help you learn new things and grow professionally.

I came to America from South Korea when I was 14 years old. When I turned 16, I started my first real job in the bindery at KP. KP encouraged me to finish my education and gave me the chance to try other positions over the years. I eventually became a Senior Program Manager for one of our largest clients.
